The Corte Madera Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Casa Buena redevelopment proposal. This is a continuation of the previous hearing for the project at 1441 Casa Buena Drive, to review and consider adoption of a resolution recommending denial of the application by Presidio Mana Marin c/o Bayrock Multifamily LLC, for a new 46 unit town home development.

Attached is agenda for the November 10 Planning Commission meeting. The backup documents include draft minutes of the October 13 Planning Commission where the Commissioners discuss the project. Backup documentation can be found on the Town's web site.

On the agenda are draft resolutions denying various approvals needed by the 1441 Casa Buena Drive developer. The Planning Commission, in their denials of the proposal, tied their arguments to the principles of the Corte Madera General Plan (circa 2009), the Housing Element (circa 2011), and the current zoning code.
