Strawberry Design Review Board to discuss development at Golden Gate Theological Seminary site

The Strawberry Design Review Board, will convene the panel at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Strawberry Recreation District’s gym, 118 E. Strawberry Drive, to receive a presentation on the proposal to develop the former Golden Gate Theological Seminary site.

The proposal by the Fasken Trust and the Branson School would result in a new high school for 1,000 students, plus 200 staff, and residents of 304 new homes, which are many times the size of the less than 200 student dormitory rooms currently at on the property.

Public comment will be invited at the meeting.
