Sausalito-Special Meeting of Economic Development Advisory Committee

The Sausalito Economic Development Advisory Committee will hold a virtual meeting on Monday, September 14th, from 3 PM to 5 PM, to review the "Land Economics Study" (by the Kosmont Group) and hear a "Post Covid Market Update" presentation.
The City asked for this preparation of a Post Covid Market Update to the Kosmont Group's original, February 27, 2020 Land Economics Study.

Key features of this update include:
- Discussion of Covid-19 impacts on the Real Estate Market and Land Use with a special focus on the Hospitality/Hotel, Retail, Office, and Industrial sectors
- Discussion of trends in each of these sectors and likely changes to these land use categories after the Covid-19 pandemic recedes
- Sausalito Real Estate Market update based on CoStar market data
- Analysis of the 30 Sausalito Opportunities identified in the original Land Economics Study in the post-Covid world. (11 of the 30 opportunities are impacted by the Covid pandemic).
