Market to Kitchen, Virtual Cooking Experience

In celebration of National Farmers Market Week, please join us for a special virtual cooking experience with Chef Tony Adams. We’ll make a delicious meal together in support of our local small and mid-sized farmers, fishers, and ranchers, strengthening our regional food system while we eat.

Deadline to Register, Thursday, August 13th

All proceeds will go to the Farmers Market Assistance Fund, assisting AIM programs that keep the farmers markets running and bring fresh produce to community members. All that in addition to cooking with your AIM community – what could be better?!

Join us in a virtual cooking class with local Chef Tony Adams, who will teach us how to make the most of our market’s peak summer ingredients

About Chef Tony Adams:

Chef Tony Adams has spent much of his life in kitchens all over the world. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, and spent his early career in some of the best fine-dining kitchens in the world, and taught at Le Cordon Bleu as a Chef Instructor for more than five years.

Adams recently authored a cookbook and launched his YouTube channel, both called Fill in the Food, which focuses on learning how to cook by method and technique rather than individual recipe. He is the director of the Cavallo Point Lodge Cooking School in Sausalito, California, where he instructs more than 200 classes a year for private and public groups. His private dining experiences at Cavallo Point have been listed as one of the 8 top “must-try Chef’s table dining experiences” in the Bay Area by Forbes Magazine.
