Mill Valley Planning Commission - Downtown Multi-Family Residential / Development Standards

The Planning Commission will consider and vote on the newly proposed Multi-Family Residential, Downtown Residential, and Mixed-use Design Guidelines and Development Standards, and Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map Amendments (Svanstrom). This is a public hearing to consider proposed changes to the zoning ordinance adoption of the draft Multi-Family Residential, Downtown Residential, and Mixed-Use Development Standards and Design Guidelines. Review will focus on modifications to the development standards for the downtown residential areas currently zoned multi-family. The Commission will also consider Zoning Map Amendments to the multi-family zones and various commercial zones.
