Gab Layton, Co-Founder and President of the Embarcadero Institute will discuss the errors in the State methods for assessing housing needs and how this will impact homeowners.

Palo Alto will be required to build more than 6000 housing units between 2023 and 2031. Most other Bay Area cities have similar high "RHNA" quotas handed down by the Sacramento.
