Marin County Housing Element 2018 Annual Progress Report

The Housing Element 2018 Annual Progress Report will be submitted to the Board of Supervisors at a regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 26, 2018 at 9:00 AM* (Staff Report).
State housing law requires California cities and counties to submit an annual Housing Element report to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and Office of Planning and Research (OPR) by April 1 of each year.
The Annual Progress Report complies with this requirement by providing data on the County’s progress towards implementation of housing programs defined in the 2015-2023 Housing Element. The submission of the Annual Progress Report to the Board of Supervisors does not represent an opportunity to consider revisions to the Housing Element.

An agenda and staff report will also be made available on the Friday before the scheduled hearing on the Board of Supervisors meeting webpage and at the Community Development Agency, Suite 308, San Rafael (open Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, closed Friday). The Board of Supervisors hearings will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers (Room 330, Administration Building), 3501 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael, California, where anyone interested in this matter may appear and be heard.
