Tampalais Union High School District Board is considering a proposal for a major modernization project and bond measure for an offering of up to $300 million in 2018. The Tuesday 4/25 6PM TUHSD board meeting features a presentation by the district's consultant, LPA, of a Facilities Master Plan that outlines the potential scope of work and financing for projects at five high schools: Redwood, Tamalpais, Drake, San Andreas, and Tamiscal. This is an opportunity for the community to learn more, ask questions, and offer opinions during public comment. This 4/25 meeting is purely informational but the FMP will be considered as an Action Item at a May 23 board meeting. At the 4/25 meeting the board will vote whether to accept the FMP, which in turn will inform a later decision as to whether to pursue a bond measure.
