Draft 2017 Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan Update Presentation at Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting - Wednesday, April 5, 2017
The City continues to work on its Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan Update (Plan). The Plan will direct staff efforts in the development and enhancement of facilities for pedestrians and bicyclists. Staff will introduce the draft document to the Parks and Recreation Commission at its April 5, 2017 meeting. The meeting will be held in City Hall Council Chamber at 26 Corte Madera Avenue at 7:00 pm. To view the draft Plan, please click here. To view the staff report, please click here.
Staff is asking the Parks and Recreation Commission to receive a presentation and provide input on proposed projects that affect parks and other recreational facilities:
• Freeman Park Pathway
• Feasibility study of a path through the Mill Valley Golf Course and Boyle Park
• Study of a path through the Community Center parking lot to connect Camino Alto to the MV-Sausalito Multi-Use Path
• Traffic Calming Study at the Community Center Parking Lot
• Study of a path along Buena Vista Avenue from Glen Drive to Manor Drive
