Is there an ideal breakfast? Not really.A breakfast is tailored to your needs! If you have magnesium deficiencies, it is better to eat a banana during your healthy and quick breakfast. The MAIN thing to remember is that you should bring a full breakfast!

If you are athletic, your breakfast will need to be more caloric than a sedentary person with more sugar carbohydrates that slowly diffuse. If you are on a diet, you will need a slimming breakfast including foods such as white cheeses, walnuts, fruit ... In short, the question for you is WHAT do you want? Vitality? Lose Fat? Decrease your cholesterol?
