Save Fairfax

You Can Save Fairfax

STOP pro-density!

STOP consultant driven government!

RETURN to fiscal responsibility!

RETURN our focus to fixing infrastructure!

Redevelopment & the make over of Downtown Fairfax will change our town forever! We need representatives who will fight State Density Bonus Laws and keep our buildings at a 2 story height limit. Fairfax needs thoughtful, slow growth that is resident-driven and not by Consultants and Staff.

BENSON & CORNWELL are committed to our small town design and livability.

The Wall Property Subdivision is proposing 10 large mansions visible from downtown Fairfax, plus 10 accessory dwelling units = 20 units in all. Houses will be visible from SFD. 270 trees will be cut down including 99 heritage and 165 protected trees. In the past, Fairfax has been sued for landslides on the Wall Property site. Is this how we want to spend our Tax Dollars?

BENSON & CORNWELL are committed to protect our town from over development.

Fairfax paid consultants close to $1 million dollars for plans to change our town. Fairfax’s $245,000 Town Manager and $100,000 part-time lawyer are working to build more housing which will increase Traffic!

BENSON & CORNWELL will prioritize the town residents needs over the interests of Developers and Consultants!

The Disastrous Sonoma County fires have shown us how vulnerable Fairfax neighborhoods, like the Cascades are, and we have No Evacuation Plan and Map as promised 12 years ago!

BENSON & CORNWELL will make sure that an Evacuation Plan and Map are approved and distributed to Cascade Canyon households.
