Second Comment Letter on Mill Valley 2015-2023 Housing Element
CVP as submitted its second commentary on the Draft Housing Element (the “HE”) for 2015 - 2023. It is primarily in response to the newly issues City Staff Report and a document called "Housing Element Facts" produced by the MV Planning Department.
We find both these documents grossly deficient in responding to the legitimate questions and concerns of Mill Valley residents.
