The presentation by proponents clearly identified the individual staff support available for residents will be "during regular business hours". Does this mean limited availability during NON-regular business hours? That the only 24 x 7 staffing is desk receptionist, live-in manager (who surely must have reason to leave the premises on occasion), and maybe one external security person? If so, that is a far cry from the touted individualized care some residents of this facility may require as they attempt the transition from homeless to housed.
Descriptions of this project continue to conflate the level of on-site staff support with the what is actually planned. That is must be set in contractual terms! Fully-defined Terms that will allay fears of the neighboring community and properly support project residents.
