He advocates local control, full disclosure, fair and balanced public discourse, and adherence to the administrative laws of each community.

He opposes the growing trend of governance by unelected and unaccountable members of regional agencies.

His career spans several areas of financial services, including institutional fixed income and equity sales, life and long-term care insurance, stock trading, and private investments.

For the past 14 years, he has served as a volunteer tutor for Bridge the Gap College Prep in Marin City.

Bruce earned an AB from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from University of California, Berkeley.

He is a licensed insurance agent in California, and he is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

He is married, and has two sons and two grandsons.
