Join us for a six-star panel discussion with guests realtor Roberta Di Prete, the Atherton Brokerage; contractor and home rental specialist Ellen Nicosia,; banker Karen Hawkey, Opus Bank; Social Security attorney Georgeana Roussos; and reverse mortgage banker Homa Rassouli, RFS Lends. We will address how to fund retirement using income sources form investments, reverse mortgages, rentals, and Social Security. Opportunities and pitfalls of each will be discussed. Tax treatment will be reviewed of retirement vs. trust accounts, passive income, and loan income. Effects of divorce will be discussed, with regard to benefits for Social Security and division of retirement assets.
