The LAFCO study proposals are certainly about consolidation and efficiency: consolidating all opposition in order to efficiently silence it! Once all those pesky independent special sanitary districts are eliminated, the JPA controlled by CMSA can speak in one big voice to enable the choo-choo to scenic KinseyVille on the San Quentin Peninsula: Larkspur Landing Station Area Plan II, now bigger and better than LLSAP 2014!
I urge readers to please send comments to LAFCO, opposing loss of any special districts, thereby increasing CMSA’s power and profit to the detriment of other districts ability to serve their ratepayers. The proposed consolidations are a gross disservice to sewerage agency customers! And, to prevent any misguided Board members from selling out ratepayers’ best interests, mention RVSD, Sanitary District #1, by name.
